Pre-Order Products: For pre-order items, expect shipping within 15-35 business days after the pre-order period ends. The pre-order period typically concludes on Fridays for that week's lineup.

International Shipments: For orders outside the United States, please note that import duties, taxes, or fees are your responsibility. These charges, not included in your purchase from YhungStarz, should be paid upon delivery. We do not refund items returned due to unpaid customs charges.

Package Responsibility: Once your parcel is with carriers like USPS, UPS, or DHL, YhungStarz is not responsible for any loss or damage during transit. We will, however, assist you with any carrier claim process for misplaced items.
